Galvanized Mesh Temporary Fence Panels for Construction Site Security

Australian Standard Temp Fence Panels are made with Australian Standard AS 4687-2007.
Common panel size 2400mm (L) x 2100mm (H), hand welded with 4.0mm mild steel wire for strength and hot dipped galvanized for lasting durability.
Fence frame consists of 32mm O.D. pipes and the wire mesh infill is commonly 4mm horizontal, 4mm vertical with 150mm x 60mm spacing. Hot dipped zinc coating of fence panels are 42 micron per square meter according to Australian Standard.

2) All Welding Points to be sprayed with cold gal spray.
3) Pipe ends to be flattened.
4) Galvanizing for all pipe - Minimum 42 microns -300 grams per square metre.
5) INFILL - Welded Mesh - 4mm wire, Spacings- 150mmX 60mm. All Hot Dipped Galvanised.
6) Galvanizing for all welded mesh - Minimum 28 microns - 200 grams per square metre.
7) Every horizontal wire to be welded to uprightposts.
8) Every 4th vertical wire to be welded to top and bottom posts.
