Nose Wire, also known as Mask Wire, is a special annealed galvanized wire with great flexibility and softness, plastic coated into white color, or per customer's demands. Nose Wire is mainly used for producing protective face masks, nose pieces of respirators, surgical face masks as nose bridge.

Materials: 0.035" +/-0.001 soft annealed carbon steel
Spool length: Approx 1,500 meters
Core Diameter: 6" or 152.4 mm min.
Wire Wrap: Paper 0.006" thick (0.152 mm), or plastic.
Kraft nominal basis weight paper 30lb/ream
Nose wire shall be uniform in color (white) with no discoloration, no kinks, twist or tears
Lamination bond to be of such strength that paper fiber will tear before de-lamination packaging
Application: Soft annealed wire for companies producing N95 respirators.
